Bandai - Mecha Domelaze

The Domelaze is one of the biggest ships in the Yamato 2199 universe, and my younger brothers favourite ship in the show. Bandai recently released a 1:1000 scaled version of the kit and it's the biggest Yamato Model kit to date.  The 1:1000 scale kit is harder to find right now and a very expensive kit, thankfully Bandai released a Mecha version of this kit first.

The kit is excellently details as usual, and moulded in all light Grey plastic. Construction is quite simple and well engineered. No decals or stickers are included with this kit. One problem I'n having with these Mecha kits is a lack of a paint guide. I'm not sure if Bandai does have a list of colors to use on the inside of the box (Because I can't read Japanese) But a colored paint diagram on the bottom of the box would be a nice touch. Not likely to happen but it would be the only thing I can say would be an improvement.  Aside from this Grey version there were 2 more Domelaze ships in the series, a Red and Blue version, so it'd be really cool to build all 3. This is another excellent kit from Bandai the detail is excellent as well as the price. I very much look forward to building this one!
